Alternative Music Conference (LAMC)
For the past five years, nearly 1000 industry attendees and 30,000 music fans
have converged annually in Los Angeles and New York for a series of high-profile
concerts and industry panels. This four-day conference provides networking
opportunities with the genre’s leading artists, label executives, journalists,
marketers, managers, retailers and programmers, and is the most extensive
event in the world for Latin alternative rock and hip-hop. LAMC was conceived
in 2000 by artist manager Tomas Cookman and publicist Josh Norek with the
